Donate for a Classmate is a meaningful donation program providing Title-1 elementary schools and severely low-income families with academic resources to thrive.
We collect:
- Books (unused or slightly used)
- School supplies (unused)
- Backpacks (unused or slightly used)
- Earphones (unused)
- Clothing (unused or slightly used)
-Sanitary pads (unused or slightly used)
Drives are the most effective way to help Level the Field fulfill its mission! Level the Field accepts K-12 level books & school supplies (see list above) to be donated to Title-1 elementary schools in the country and/or families living below the poverty line.
Students and partners can host a drive using the steps below:

1. Check Space for Donation Bin(s)
Make sure your chosen location permits donation drives & ensure that your collection bin is prepared and ready to go!​

2. Determine Start and End dates
We suggest around 2-3 weeks for your drive!
3. Spread the Word!​
Put up flyers, spread the word through social media, and reach out to your friends and family!

To help us fund our donation program, be a fundraising volunteer head and host a fundraiser! Simply follow the steps:

3. Gain philanthropy credit
With emailed proof of fundraising, you will receive a philanthropy certificate under the regulations outlined by Internal Revenue Code Section 170(c)(2)(A)
