The Better Together Mentorship Program pairs middle and high schoolers from across the nation with high-achieving college students in the fields of Computer Science, Business, or Pre-Med.

The mission of the program is to provide an accessible way for curious and passionate students to leverage their resources-- on their own path to success.
Program description
Level the Field's Better Together Mentorship Program offers valuable guidance and specialized mentorship to middle and high school students with a passion for Computer Science, Business, or Pre-Med. The program is completely cost-free and welcomes applications from around the world. Proficiency in English is neccessary for all candidates.

The program's mentors are accomplished college students studying Computer Science, Business, or Pre-Med, as well as experienced young professionals in these fields. Mentees will have the opportunity to explore their desired careers, participate in industry-focused discussions, clarify their future objectives, and receive educational instruction from their mentors.

During each program cycle, mentees will engage in 6 personalized sessions with their assigned mentor. These sessions will be conducted through virtual Zoom meetings, and regular email communication is also encouraged. The structure and content of each mentorship session will be tailored to the unique needs and goals of the mentees, as determined by both mentors and mentees.
